The mapping work shows land use in the subject area in three-time slices, namely 1990, 2001 and 2010. A unified legend has been used to visualise each category, which facilitates visual comparison of the different outputs. In the bottom right corner, the overview maps are complemented by a detailed cut-out documenting the actual situation in 2010 and its predicted forecast based on the use of the CA_Markov land use modelling module.
