With a slight delay, but with great joy, we share fantastic news! As part of this year’s Rector’s Awards, two members of our department have been recognized:
– Mgr. Oldřich Rypl received an Honorable Mention for Students for a Scholarly Article for his paper The Quality of Life in Czech Rural and Urban Spaces.
– RNDr. Alena Vondráková, Ph.D., LL.M was awarded in the category of authors of scholarly books for her publication Typhlomaps – Typhlomodels – Typhloaids: Developing the Imagination of Visually Impaired Individuals through 3D Models with Auditory Elements.
– Bc. Nikola Hönigová was awarded in the sustainability category for the best final scientific or artistic thesis with her work The Application of Cartography and Geoinformatics in Selected Sustainable Development Goals.
